We are disappointed to report that RunDisney has canceled the 2021 Disney Princess Weekend in Orlando. However, we are happy to announce that Disney will instead convert all registrations to an exciting VIRTUAL race!

As we indicated at your initial registration, the impacts of COVID-19 remain unpredictable, and the potential for conversion to a “virtual” event was a possibility. We are working closely with RunDisney on the details of this virtual conversion. Race coordinators have issued preliminary guidance that will allow GP2C to register you directly into the Disney virtual race. As they finalize details, we will keep you informed, but for now there is no action required for our current runners.

Based on preliminary understanding, Run Disney will provide all participants a virtual race package, including bib, t-shirt, and other items. Of course, you will also receive the standard Team GP2C package, including our own custom designed shirt and medal.

Thanks for your understanding, and we will do our best to ensure that our “virtual” event is fulfilling and fun for all of our registrants. And most importantly, that our fundraising for Rett Syndrome research, treatments, and cures presses forward.
