Girl Power 2 Cure, Inc is joining forces with Ebay Giving Works to offer this amazing new
way to raise funds for Rett Syndrome research!
Now, instead of only asking folks for monetary donation, you can ask them to clean out
the attic! Or offer a talent (ie photo session, custom painting), vacation home, tickets to
a show -- most anything!
Here is how this works: There are TWO WAYS to do this!
To list in our store: (for items that have a minimum bid price of $20)
1. Fill out our EBAY DONATION FORM.
You or a donor you have contacted will need to send us contact information, a photo(s)
of the item, an item title and description plus and packing information.
2. We will take care of listing the item in our Girl Power 2 Cure Ebay Store. You may
check in on your item any time to see how it's going!
3. When item is "won" we will email you with the results of the auction plus a shipping
label. All you or your donor has to do is put the label on the package and call the
number we give you for pickup at your house!
List through your ebay account and link to our charity: (for any item, including
those with a minimum bid price under $20 -- also for items you wish to donate only a
percentage of the sale to us.)
1. List your item to sell as usual, EXCEPT in the section called "Choose How You Would
Like to Sell Your Item."
2. There is a section called "Ebay Giving Works."
3. Click "Or select another non-profit" link
4. Search for Girl Power 2 Cure and click "select" button.
5. Then choose your donation percentage from sale of item (anywhere from 10-100%,
but a minimum of $5.00).
IDEA:
Know people who sell a lot on ebay? Ask them to donate a small amount of each sale to
Girl Power 2 Cure using the instructions above!
